• Will not auto-renew or convert into a recurring membership.

• Requires no cancellation—your access will simply expire at the end of the trial period.

• Is non-refundable once purchased.

This model allows you to fully explore the platform’s capabilities without the risk of being billed beyond your trial period.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

If you later choose to subscribe, paid memberships will follow a recurring billing structure:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan you select.

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or unused services.

4. Account Responsibilities

By using BacktestHQ, you agree to:

• Not share your account access with others.

• Immediately notify us at support@backtesthq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Any sharing of credentials, especially for professional or commercial use, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

• Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)

• Mutual funds or ETFs governed under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (1940 Act)

Use of the service for professional money management without prior written approval is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including tools, data outputs, and written materials—is the exclusive property of BacktestHQ and may not be copied, resold, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

No refunds will be issued upon termination for violations.
